Damian Arnall
At the age of 25 Damian foundered Vivir Healthcare, a company that outsources
skilled labour to the residential and hospital sector. Vivir has been a
pioneer in improving the efficiency and viability of businesses through
outsourcing non core healthcare services. Vivir now has a national presence and is one of the
fastest growing companies in its market segment.
Concurrently Damian founded a series of medical clinics, hair dressing and
aromatherapy businesses. He exited the medical clinic business in 2000
through a trade sale to an Australian company with a national presence.
In additional to considerable practical experience in building businesses in
the Aged Care, Health Care, Recruitment, Labour Hire and SME industries,
Damian, like most entrepreneurs, possesses an innate understanding of the key
elements required to build successful businesses with solid foundations –
businesses that are attractive as acquisition targets. He thrives on
navigating businesses through the early growth phase in order to achieve
profitability in the shortest possible timeframe.
Damian
holds a BA of Science and was awarded Faculty Scholar. In 1997 he completed
